JORG GRAY BRAND AMBASSADOR ALEX TAGLIANI WINS POLE POSITION AT INDIANPOLIS 500


What:  Jorg Gray’s inaugural brand ambassador, IndyCar sensation Alex Tagliani won the pole position at the Indianapolis 500 qualifying round on Saturday, beating a talented pool of drivers from around the world and officially securing his spot on racing’s biggest stage.  The pole position gives Tagliani a distinct advantage moving into Sunday’s event, putting him in the most coveted spot on the track ahead of the entire racing grid.

With a top speed of over 227 mph, Tagliani clinched his place in the 100th Anniversary of the Indianapolis 500, earning his first ever pole at the event and becoming the first Canadian-born driver to achieve a top spot heading into the finals.  Tagliani partnered with Jorg Gray in early 2011 and recently released his own Alex Tagliani Limited Jorg Gray timepiece. Look for the Jorg Gray logo on Tagliani’s helmet during the centennial race.

The Countdown Begins for Fans to Grab One of 226 Signature Models

 

TUSTIN, Calif. – May 5, 2011Jorg Gray, an American watch brand designed to change the way we view time, today announced it will release a limited edition, signature timepiece in conjunction with brand ambassador and IndyCar driver, Alex Tagliani, to be available later this month.  With only 226 (Tagliani’s qualifying speed for the 2010 Indianapolis 500) pieces being produced, the race is on to get one of the signature pieces before time runs out.


The Jorg Gray 9100-77 features a black case with silver bezel, a black dial with red chrono rings, applied luminous index and the Alex Tagliani “AT” logo emblazoned on the left hand side under domed sapphire crystal. Along with a Swiss ISA chronograph movement, the watch boasts a two-tone, black/silver bracelet with safety clasp and is water resistant up to 100 meters. Beginning in June, enthusiasts can purchase the limited edition at select Jorg Gray authorized retailers around the world or online at www.jorggray.com for $995.00 USD.  Fans can also visit the Jorg Gray Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/jorggray) starting May 9, 2011 and enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win one of the coveted timepieces.

Watch Brand Opens First of Several In-Store Displays at Thai Retailer

The Jorg Gray display, located at Siam Paragon in Lifestyle Gallery #1, marks the first international store launched by the brand. Jorg Gray will continue to expand in Thailand with four more retailer partnerships in early summer 2011.

JORG GRAY RELEASES JG9400 SERIES JUST IN TIME FOR HOLIDAYS

American Watch Brand Launches Extended Line; Grows Lauded Collection

TUSTIN, Calif. – December 7, 2010 – Jorg Gray, an American watch brand designed to change the way we view time, today released its extended JG9400 Series available at fine retailers just in time for the holidays.

Now offered in nine different styles, the JG9400 Series epitomizes Jorg Gray’s commitment to style, quality and functionality at an incredible value. The series is divided into chronograph and non-chronograph models containing Swiss made ISA and RONDA movements, respectively. All models feature a 45.4mm solid stainless steel case with fixed bezel, two-layer dial and domed sapphire crystal lens with a calf leather strap or stainless steel bracelet. Each style is also water resistant to 10ATM/100m. Available with a number of stainless steel, black and rose gold finishes, the models retail for $595.00-$995.00 USD.
