Company Expands Internationally and Appoints Industry Veteran as Director of UK Sales

TUSTIN, Calif. – December 2, 2009 – Jorg Gray, an American watch brand designed to change the way we view time, today announced its official retail launch in the United Kingdom headed by industry veteran, Tony Sulkey. Following high demand, the brand will offer its 23 collections at more than ten fine jewellery retailers throughout the U.K. and Ireland with price points between £185 and £325.

As the brand worn by President Barack Obama, Jorg Gray has drawn international attention for its remarkable design, high quality and affordable collection of timepieces. The watches are meticulously crafted with scratch resistant mineral crystal, fine Italian leather straps and a variety of stainless steel, rose gold and bronze casings.

Tony Sulkey joins the company as Director of U.K. Sales with more than 16 years of sales and marketing experience in the watch and jewellery industry. He is responsible for all sales aspects in the U.K. including leading a sales team spanning across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. With a stronghold in the U.S. watch market and a dedicated U.K. team, the brand is poised to grow its U.K. presence in 2010 with the Jorg Gray line in several high-profile retail chains, and Harrods and Selfridges Department Stores lined up for distribution in the first quarter.

Jorg Gray evolved from a specialty private-label company to a worldwide brand after President Obama received the Jorg Gray 6500 Chronograph for his 46th birthday in 2007. The watch grew in popularity, as the President wore the timepiece at such historic events as his inauguration, the signing of his first presidential proclamation and the G-20 Summit, spurring Jorg Gray to create a Commemorative Edition 6500 available to the public. Rising Watch Brand Goes Hollywood – And For a Good Cause

TUSTIN, Calif. – September 15, 2009 – Jorg Gray, an American watch brand designed to change the way we view time, today announced its sponsorship of the 2009 “Think Pink” Emmy Awards Style Lounge benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and the Tiger Lily Foundation for young women affected by breast cancer. Attended by Emmy nominees, presenters and stylists, the invite only event was held on September 14 at the SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills in Los Angeles to promote breast cancer research and awareness.

Guests received the Commemorative Edition of the Jorg Gray 6500 Chronograph currently worn by President Barack Obama. The company gifted the stainless steel, rose gold and bronze versions of the watch which pays tribute to the historic 44th presidential inauguration. Since the event, celebrities like Project Runway alum Nick Verreos and DJ Frankie Needles have been seen wearing the watch around Los Angeles. Other guests included actors from shows like 24, True Blood, Glee and The Simpsons.

JORG GRAY APPOINTS 30 YEAR INDUSTRY VETERAN, MARK GURDUS, AS VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Former ORIS Executive to Head Sales Division of American Watch Company

TUSTIN, Calif. – August 18, 2009 – Jorg Gray, an American watch company producing fashionable timepieces, today announced the appointment of Mark Gurdus as the company’s Vice President of Sales. In this role, Gurdus will focus on building a national and international sales force to support Jorg Gray in becoming the fastest growing watch company in the world.

Gurdus joins the company with more than 30 years experience in the watch and jewelry industry, most recently working for ORIS USA, a Swiss maker of mechanical watches. He will use his expertise and existing relationships with retailers to further boost Jorg Gray sales with a focus on the United States and the Caribbean. Since January of 2009, Jorg Gray has formed more than 5 worldwide distribution partnerships. Gurdus will capitalize on this momentum, aiming for triple-digit retail partnership and sales increases in his first year. He will also concentrate on developing a strong and geographically diverse retail presence to further extend Jorg Gray’s reach and position as the newest luxury brand.

American Watch Company Will Introduce Collection of Luxury Watches – Including Timepiece Worn by President Obama – at JCK Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS – May 28, 2009 – Jorg Gray, an American maker of luxury timepieces, today announced the official U.S. launch of its line of watches at JCK Las Vegas, the watch and jewelry industry’s leading event. Following a successful debut earlier this year in Basel, Switzerland, the Jorg Gray collection now boasts 140 men’s and ladies’ timepieces, all premiering in Las Vegas from May 30 through June 2.
