JorgGray.com will accept payments via the following methods; credit card, money order, cashier's check, certified bank check, or wire transfer. JorgGray.com highly recommends payment in the form of a credit card for security purposes. You may browse the following payment methods below for more details:

Orders are authorized for payment when submitted online and your order will not be charged until it ships out of our warehouse. Please make sure that your billing information submitted to JorgGray.com corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Billing and identity information submitted to JorgGray.com that is inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order. Order Processing

Orders received prior to 1:30 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed within the same business day provided that the goods are in stock and customer identification is verified. To ensure that orders placed online prior to 1:30 PM PST will ship the same day, please review our “Payment Methods” section below and double check product availability with JorgGray.com customer service. After hours, weekend, and Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact JorgGray.com as soon as possible to correct the issue. Different Shipping and Billing Addresses
JorgGray.com recommends that billing and shipping addresses should be identical whenever possible. Every address and phone number submitted to JorgGray.com is subject to verification. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order. If we reject your order or are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

What should I do if my card is declined when placing an order?
If you receive a “declined” error message when your order is placed, you must contact your bank. JorgGray.com has no control over these error messages; they are submitted from your bank’s online authorization system. There are numerous reasons explaining a “declined” message. Usually credit cards have an online spending limit, and you may contact your bank to grant permission for the online transaction. After the bank temporarily lifts this restriction, feel free to order the item online again and proceed to checkout.

Once payment is received and processed, your order will be shipped if stock is still available. If inventory is no longer available, your payment will be returned. Each product will have an estimated shipping time. Your credit card will be charged upon shipping. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Online Payment
International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. JorgGray.com will also charge a processing fee for all orders containing an international shipping address. This charge will be calculated during checkout and combined with the shipping charges for all international shipping addresses orders. Please note that if an international billing address orders ships within the continental United States, a 4% international processing fee with a $8 minimum charge will be added to your total when the order ships.

Verification
All online international orders are verified through the JorgGray.com payment system to accommodate our International cardholders. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address or product availability. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative shortly. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. If your order is not approved you will be notified of your cancelled order status via email.

Duty and Shipping
JorgGray.com does not assess duty for an international order and International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details. All International Orders over $500.00 will ship via Fed Ex and are subject to Fed Ex Delivery Fees, in addition to all applicable duties and taxes. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS. International orders are shipped fully-insured via USPS Global Express with package tracking. Depending upon the shipping destination, some international orders may be shipped via UPS. Oversize and/or high value orders that may require additional shipping charges, you will be contacted by JorgGray.com prior to your order shipping. The average International order usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your shipping location. JorgGray.com has no control if this transit time is lengthened due to transit delays or customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions

• Fed Ex does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please select the United States Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.
• Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.
• Weekend deliveries are valid only if; the Next Day Air Saturday delivery option is selected, and the package will be shipped to a domestic location.

Shipping and Item Problems
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, Fed Ex or USPS must conduct an investigation. Please contact Jorg Gray to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package is not located, Fed Ex and USPS will process a claim for the package. Claims can take two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Jorg Gray and a replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If that item(s) is/are no longer available, and a similar item is not wanted, Jorg Gray will gladly refund your original payment. When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Jorg Gray within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. Please read our International Orders section below for International shipping problems. If the item received is not what was ordered, please contact Jorg Gray within 5 days of receipt of your order. Product discrepancies notified to Jorg Gray after 5 business days may not be honored for replacement.

International Shipping Problems
If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by JorgGray.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact JorgGray.com within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.

Packaging
In the unlikely event of goods received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc., Jorg Gray reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein.
