Warranty and Returns Policy

Our Watches:

  • are Authentic brand new, first quality, with all original parts.
  • have the original manufacturer's serial numbers intact.
  • are not: refurbished, factory seconds, or replica products.
  • have a 3 year warranty program.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from JorgGray.com. A return merchandise authorization number can be requested by sending a request from the Contact Us Form. Keep your purchase, accessories, security tags if provided, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise, or restocking fees.

Web and phone order purchases require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged / returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.

  • All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with a valid RMA number written on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
  • Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RMA number. There are no exceptions.
  • Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use Fed Ex Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
  • All returns take about 7-10 business days to process and for credit to be issued. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery, until credit is issued. JorgGray.com always recommends that the customer includes carrier insurance for the return package for the price of the item(s) purchased.
  • All return information is provided online through our RETURN / EXCHANGE - REQUEST FORM (DOWNLOAD HERE). We will refund the purchase price of the returned item not including shipping fees.
  • Please Print, fill out, sign, and include the emailed RMA form with your package. Send your package to the return address specified on the RMA form. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days after delivery for the return to be processed.
  • If a package is refused by the customer, shipping will be deducted for the cost of shipping to and from the customer.

We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used, such as Mail Boxes Etc., Postal Annex, etc. Note: A signed proof of delivery will be required on all lost package claims. The above guidelines apply to all purchases.

Watch Warranty

Jorg Gray will warranty every watch sold  within the US for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase. We will repair or replace (at Jorg Gray's option) the movement of your Jorg Gray timepiece free of charge if the movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty is null and void if alteration, service or repair is performed by any party other than Jorg Gray Timepieces or Authorized Service Centers. Other items not covered under this warranty include: batteries, bracelets/straps, or crystals. In addition, this warranty does not cover damage arising from normal wear, scratches, accidents or misuse.

This warranty is null and void if the timepiece was not purchased from an Authorized Jorg Gray Dealer, as evidenced by your registration online at www.jorggray.com.

Legal rights vary, regarding warranties, from State to State and Country to Country. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights; you may also have additional legal rights under applicable laws for your region, and which are not affected by the terms of this warranty.

Obtaining Service

Should your Jorg Gray timepice require service or repair, you may send it to the Jorg Gray Authorized Service Center listed below. For the most current and complete list of Jorg Gray Authorized Service Centers worldwide, visit us online at www.jorggray.com.

To obtain service under the Jorg Gray Warranty, you must have activated your warranty by registering your timepiece at www.jorggray.com/registration.

In order to utilize warranty service, a return merchandise authorization number can be requested by sending a request from the Contact Us Form. Please send your watch, a copy of your sales receipt and a completed Jorg Gray watch repair form (RETURN - REPAIR REQUEST FORM (DOWNLOAD HERE) plus your payment of $30.00 USD for return shipping and handling to the address listed below. if required, additional charges may apply for international shipping.
